Renowned supplier and provider of Omni-channel gaming products and other related services in the global gambling industry, Playtech, announced last week that they had decided to opt for Featurespace’s cutting-edge fraud prevention products. This is aimed at helping them elevate the quality of its risk management activities further.
Featurespace is a Cambridge, UK-based Company which boasts of an excellent reputation as a provider of risk management and fraud prevention tools. The company has, in its products, machine learning systems that use Adaptive Behavioral Analytics to detect anomalies in the behavior of a particular individual in real-time.
As part of their relentless efforts to enhance their fraud prevention measures, Playtech will integrate the new partner’s ARIC platform. This will significantly help Playtech reduce fraud-related costs, improve risk management and elevate revenue figures using their cost saving tools.
In a joint press release, Featurespace and Playtech said that they were a perfect match for each other because the two have shown a relentless pursuit of innovativeness in their respective fields. They further attested that they are looking forward to their collaboration bringing positive feedback and good results from Playtech’s licensees and their players.
Playtech is not the only gambling-related company to opt for Featurespace’s innovative product. Other prominent bookmakers such as Betfair, William Hill and Camelot (UK National Lottery Operator) are also among the list of companies that have sourced the Adaptive Behavioral Analytic’s products.
Thursday’s announcement by the supplier was the latest of the many events that occurred the same week. The provider had earlier in that week revealed that it had entered a multi-year deal with film studio Warner Bros. which will see them develop branded Omni-channel casino content for the DC Entertainment. The terms of agreement state that Playtech will develop roulette, slot and bingo games inspired by Warner Bros. Studio from the recent years. These include games like Batman vs. Superman, Suicide Squad, The Dark Knight Trilogy and Dawn of Justice.
The deal will also permit the company to avail previously announced DC-branded titles to its retail points across Finland, UK, Italy, Norway and Romania.
Playtech also announced the launch of Tiki Paradise which is being termed as first Omni-channel slot. The product which was exclusively rolled out across 300 Coral betting shops is expected to be available in all Playtech retailer networks later in February. The product is referred to as Omni-channel since it can be played on desktop, in a physical gaming venue, and on mobile devices.
It is also imperative to note that the supplier agreed to an extension of its long-running contract with Betfred up to 2020. Under the extended agreement, Playtech will add the DC-branded into its offing and among several other things.
